Founder & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Sarah is a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner with over eight years of experience in the mental health field. As the owner of Flourish Wellness Center, she specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health concerns for those aged 13 and over. With a patient-centered approach, Sarah emphasizes the importance of individualized care, recognizing that each person brings a unique experience to their mental health journey. Her goal is to provide well-rounded treatment that includes a combination of medication management and therapeutic support and lifestyle changes, all within a safe, holistic, and stigma-free environment. Sarah is committed to fostering open communication and collaboration with her patients, ensuring that they feel heard and understood throughout their treatment. Her passion for mental health care is evident in her dedication to improving the lives of those she serves.

Ashley Sell, LMSW
Ashley has been in the social work field since 2019, she is an alumnus of King University and Walden University with a masters in social work specializing in trauma. Ashley has a background with in home services, working with kids and adults as well as running group therapies, working with substance abuse, couples counseling and also in patient services. Helping families navigate divorce is also a specialty as she grew up navigating that journey within her family. Ashley is a mom of 2 wonderful boys, enjoys spending time with her family and friends, loves hot yoga and is a big advocate for self care! We are all just trying to navigate the world to the best of our ability and sometimes we need a little help along the way. Getting to know myself through therapy was one of the best things I've ever done, it gives you the advantage to navigate life how you would like rather than navigating blindly. I provide a judgment free zone, hoping to provide a safe loving space where you always feel welcome and heard!
